How We Work

Stage 1

After an initial conversation, an appointment is made to come and visit the site and as much information as possible is taken to establish your individual requirements.

Appliances and finishes will be discussed broadly.

Stage 2

Within an agreed period, we will present you with a proposal for your kitchen with drawings and a guide quotation.

If you are happy with this, we will ask you to settle an initial design fee before any drawings are released or amended and site visits arranged.

Stage 3

Once the design fee has been settled, this initial deposit is credited to your account when you place an order but this is non-refundable should you decide not to go ahead.

A site survey will take place. A fixed quotation will be issued with appliance prices if required.

Stage 4

To secure a building and installation date, a further deposit is required which along with the design fee already paid will amount to 50% of the costs.

Detailed drawings will be issued and further discussions will take place until the design is finalised.

We aim to take delivery of all parts for your project before they are required on site to ensure that we have everything in place to arrive on the mutually agreed installation date.

Continued liaison takes place to monitor the condition and progress of the site prior to installation.

The actual installation on site is between 5 and 7 days depending on the size of the project. We recommend that your contractors plumber and electrician attend site during the final days of installation.

Terms of Payment

On confirmation of ordering of the kitchen, 50% of the costs are required. On delivery of the kitchen, a further payment of 30 % of the costs are required. The final balance of 20% is due on completion of the kitchen and when it is to your total satisfaction.
